The story behind LISO Christmas
A passion that grew into a craft, told by the woman who assembles every tree with her own hands.
What started as a hobby has grown into my greatest passion — and by now into a real profession.
I am Sophie, the woman behind LISO Christmas. It all started very small: I decorated my own Christmas tree just a little differently every year, always looking for something beautiful, something new. Soon, friends and family asked if I would decorate their tree too. Before I knew it, that little hobby had grown into a professional service.
Today, that is still how I work: with the same care, the same eye for detail, and the same love for the craft as when I first decorated a tree in my own living room. Only now, I do it for families, shops, and businesses throughout Belgium.
I am on the lookout for the latest trends in Christmas decoration all year round — via online trends and social media, but also by constantly discovering new materials and ornaments at our suppliers and testing them out myself. I translate everything I find into our signature themes. No two trees are the same, and that is exactly the intention.

A hobby with character
It started with my own tree, decorated anew every year according to a new theme. Friends and family soon asked if I would come and decorate theirs as well.

What started with people I knew grew into requests from shops, offices, and hospitality businesses. LISO Christmas was born from that demand for professional, luxury Christmas decorations.

Through online trends, social media, and new discoveries at suppliers, I follow what is trending in Christmas decoration throughout the year and incorporate that into our themes, from timeless classics to bold, eye-catching designs.
